1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bitph7 ("bitph7", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered through the bitph7 website at bitph7.cam and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• Act solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on bitph7, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and truthfully confirm your age and identity. bitph7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on bitph7. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, bitph7 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bitph7 login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device;
• Notify bitph7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

bitph7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, bitph7 may require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing certain transactions. You agree to promptly provide any documentation reasonably requested, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your bitph7 account are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). bitph7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from ₱100 for e-wallet deposits. bitph7 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and bitph7's transaction review procedures. bitph7 will process verified withdrawal requests as expeditiously as possible. Estimated processing times are indicative only and may vary depending on the payment provider, applicable verification steps, and volume of requests. bitph7 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are legitimately owned by you and do not derive from any unlawful activity. bitph7 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence authorities in respect of any investigation into suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bitph7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to your bitph7 account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be wagered on eligible games within a specified time period. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bitph7 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close an account, where bitph7 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner that is clearly contrary to their intended purpose.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

bitph7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. bitph7 also reserves the right to impose additional eligibility requirements on any promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on the bitph7 Platform operates according to rules specific to that game, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction that affects the integrity or outcome of a game, bitph7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes wagered.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All applicable games on bitph7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party software providers. RNG outcomes are independently verified to be genuinely random and free from manipulation by bitph7 or any other party.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, payouts, or other information on the Platform, bitph7 reserves the right to void any affected transactions and to correct such errors, regardless of whether stakes have been placed or winnings have been credited. bitph7 shall not be liable to any player for losses arising from such errors.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bitph7 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information;
• Creating or operating more than one account on bitph7;
• Sharing your account or login credentials with any third party;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of unlawful activities through the Platform;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit after using the associated funds to wager;
• Abusing the bonus system in ways that are contrary to the spirit of the promotions offered;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bitph7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game assets, trademarks, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of bitph7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Content from the bitph7 Platform without the express prior written consent of bitph7.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bitph7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bitph7 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or regulatory obligation.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitph7 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any game outcome or wagering result;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Technical interruptions, server failures, or network outages beyond bitph7's reasonable control.

In any event, bitph7's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bitph7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By bitph7

bitph7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other players, the Platform, or third parties. In the event of account closure due to a breach, bitph7 may withhold your account balance pending investigation.

12.2 By You

You may close your bitph7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bitph7 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bitph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bitph7 will notify registered users through the Platform (via in-platform notification or email to your registered address) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the bitph7 Platform after notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
